Stupid captain. Stupid phone calls. Stupid PHONE. >.< But let me introduce myself.
My name’s Snow. C: I’m the Vice-Captain at Lunar Oasis, or as we know it, LO. Before you ask, no, we didn’t reserve a spot of property on the moon. Yes you can do that now, but no, we didn’t.
Instead, we brought a gigantic 58 story mansion of disoriented proportions.
With 6528 rooms.
In the middle of nowhere. o.o
Sounds inviting, doesn’t it? Thus the reason that I am trekking down the lonely and impossibly narrow walkway of the Barton train station. Why? My job as Vice-Captain requires me to leave the easily forgotten realm of LO headquarters and enter that of the rest of the Gaian world. Not that I’m complaining, but must I come back via train? Why not…personal taxi or something? >.<
Probably because no one’s heard of our address. -_-;; Middle of nowhere. That could be anywhere.
Right?
I spot something sitting in the middle of the walkway. Or rather…scratch that: someone. As I approach, I try to think of a way to pass them. Did I mention that it’s narrow here?
My mind starts wandering as the dark shape gets nearer. It’s not moving… What if they want to rob me? Rape me? Molest me? Kill me? Or—no, I won’t go there. No one would ever try to spray paint the turquoise hair on my head orange. Pft. That’s just unthinkable. =o
Where’s Adri? I was supposed to meet her here. Adri would come up with a way to get past the idiot right in front of my way to the 13th boarding entrance. Adri would keep me company. Adri would—
“SNOW!!!”
Adri would find every reason possible to sit on the filthy, public floor of the train station at 7:53 PM and scare the living daylights out of me at 7:54 PM.

Did I mention that she’s also my insanely spazztic and bipolar best friend? ^^;
For such reasons that I cannot begin to comprehend, I mustn’t get angry at her.
Too much.
“ADRIEL EVERIN!!! WHAT THE BLEEP DO YOU THINK YOU’RE DOING OUT HERE?!?” >.<
“Waiting for the train. Which has arrived. Now, let’s just quietly get you seated on the train…”
I allow her to tug me on. All the plastic seats are empty…again. I tumble into a seat beside Adri as the train tugs away from the station, the rickety walls and parts creaking in protest as we violently make our way home. Maybe my seat won’t fall apart this time…
“You think we’ll get lost again tonight?” Adri mumbles from beside me through a mouthful of chocolate. This form of transportation never did seem to bother her.
“Well…” I pause to think about it. =S “Naw.”
Truth to be told, we probably will. I mean, we always do. ^^; She says we go one way, I say we go another, and we walk in zigzags until we finally manage to stumble up to the door. Then, we have to trek up the stairs to the 12th floor and collapse into bed for all of two minutes before getting up and heading off to work again. What? We have to get up at 3:00 in the morning. How else are we going to find the train station? >.> <.<
I’m about to be sick when the train stops. Dizzily, we step out, and the train groans loudly before heading off again.
“So…which way?” >.>
“Hmm…let’s go that way.” <.<
So, off in that direction we go…
