The letters 'LO!' have hardly escaped our mouth in a chorus before we find ourselves twirling in a mad tornado of colors.
"Whhaaaa! Where are we going?" Fae gurgles.
"I feel like I'm being turned into a cream saver." Dx I now know that I never want to become a candy.
"Colors! BRILLIANT colors!" =D Yunsi and Chibi-bunni chime together.
"Ouch! Watch where you're going!" D< Nerfe exclaims.
"I can't! I'm spiiiiining!" Adri flails madly.
"Is anyone feeling like it's a bit hard to breathe?" YYugi asks, sounding more than woozy.
Suddenly, it all stops. The colors don't just fade, they just disappear. The twirling doesn't slow to a halt, it just drops us...somewhere.
"Erm, where are we?" Des peers around.
"Well, you did shay you wanted to get to LO, didn't you?" The strange creature thing blinks at us, seemingly unperturbed by the ride.
Sar oogles the sooty brick walls and the dark alleyways. "LO's become the slums." o____o;
"Perhaps...you got the place wrong," I say politely to the group of bushy-tailed things before us.
They exchange glances, then scurry around in an unrealistic speed. The confer with each other, whispering this or that.
"Ahem," one of the finally announces. "Thish hash been confirmed as the LO."
This time, we exchange glances. Those who never lived in LO in the first place exchange glances and shrug. I suppose they're glad we don't live here.
"LO, as in Lunar Oasis?" Fae clarifies.
"Why didn't you tell ush sho?"
And we're whirling again.
"No more circles or spirals..." @.@ Yunsi's looking dizzy.
"How do you guys do this?" Nerfe hollers.
"Gah. I'm gonna...barf," Des wheezes.
"What a horrible way to die!" >.< YYugi tries to glare, his eyes following the gleefully floating creatures. At times, he looks rather cross-eyed.
BOOM.
We land with a ground-shaking force, upsetting the dust. We all squint around at the unfamiliar surroundings.
"You guys live in the middle of the desert?" Chibi-bunni asks. Her voice is muffled by the torrents of wind.
"Erm...no." Adri looks affronted.
"Well, actually, we do," Sar cuts in. "Just not, erm, this one."
We all turn questioningly to the creatures. They look sheepish.
"Haha, whoopsh, wrong landing!"
This time, the ride's bumpy as well.
"I wanna seatbelt!" someone cries out.
"My poor abused body!"
In another flash, we land again, scraping our bums on something hard and sharp. In the next moment, we've been swept up again. I think that might have been an ocean...
"Do you twits even know what you're doing?!?" 0___0
Bump. Land. Whirl away...repeat. >.o
I could swear that they just want to see our faces turn different colors. Green, blue, purple, red, white...
With a large flourish, we suddenly land. This time, it is LO. The building still looks the same and all...
But something's radically different.
The ivy isn't long, the paint isn't peeling. The walls aren't scrubbed by years of erosion.
"Dude, when is this? The 1800's?"
YYugi's assuming statement jolts us all into realization. Sputtering, we turn around to look for the creatures, who have miraculously disappeared.
"You buffoons! We're in the wrong timeframe!" Dx
Guess we'll just have to deal with it. :C

Okay, a filler. Originally, I was just going to have this end once we got to LO, but I had an idea at the end. x.x I wanted to write something neeeewww...
Ah well. I'll see what happens. *yawn*
