My Holiday Break wasn't the greatest.. Probably was one of the worst, but I don't feel it was spent that horribly. I spent the first week extremely sick with a fever, muscle pain in my back and arms, and too lethargic to get up and do much, like homework. So I spent the second and last week scrambling on the massive amount of homework we were assigned. I'm now starting to fall behind on two projects for Honors World Literature, and a project for AP Biology. For AP Biology, I could probably skimp a little bit, since it isn't due until next Friday along with one of the projects for Literature. This Friday, the other project for Literature is due, and I haven't even started on it yet. And to add to my Holiday Break woes, the guy I liked who seemed like he liked me back, and had said he liked me back but "was too lazy to date" got a girlfriend before Break. I've talked to a couple people and they've told me either that sort of thing never happened to them, or the exact thing happened to them, and he indeed got a girlfriend soon afterwards. I mean, what kind of bullshit is that? I would've taken it a LOT easier if he had just said "I don't like you that way." A LOT easier. And I didn't even expect that sort of s**t because he's never had a girlfriend before, he seemed like the exact opposite of the douchebag boys, but of course, I eat my words. No, we haven't even talked for a month. And I can't tell, but I think he's been trying to indirectly call me pathetic and a hypocrite over MySpace... Pfft, anyhow, Karma has her ways.. Earlier, I heard he was suspecting his new girlfriend of cheating on him. I think those suspicions have been cleared up by now or something. But now, he and one of his friends have had a titherfit. Over what, I don't know. But their band is broken up now. I feel bad, but at the same time, I'm thinking to myself Bad s**t happens when you cross me... Hahaha, I'm terrible.
So I did a little shopping yesterday. Got two new pairs of tights: one patterned and the other just a solid black; a bat necklace; a new sweater-top; new Clinique skin care products; Estèe Lauder duo eyeliner in Jet Black; and other stuff. The eyeliner is AMAZING. It's one of those twist-up things, and it has a smudger on the other end, and it comes with a refill for the twist-up liner. I've been trying out the Egyptian eyes lately with eyeliner.. But then someone told me I look 'scene' and I looked up scene girl, and well, some of the girls that came up were pretty, some of them had some redonkulous hair, and some of the photos were just plain old shiitty. So I don't know if that was meant to be a compliment. Ah well.
So for Christmas, I got a new Sony CyberShot digital camera of 12.1megapixels, which I absolutely loove. And I got this exotic-smelling candle which makes me think of India or some other Eastern Asian country when I smell it. I got some money, and I got a new turquoise-colored purse. And I can't remember the other things, but it was all very wonderful.
Anyhow, I've got to get to work on my projects.. Perhaps I'll write again another time!
