HSP(Highly Sensitive Person) I'm guessing that nobody really know's what that is. Some people who are very judgemental would call it a disorder, but its actually a gift. I am an HSP. I never would have known about it if my friend had not said anything. She was talking to me and said she had a headache. She said HSP, and nothing else. Sadie told me not to look it up to see what it was because she thought I would think she is crazy. All she let me know about it was "Paranormal". Im just a curious person so I did look it up. I dont take it lightly when you talk about the paranormal. Most people beleive that its just bullshit but there are people who dont think so. I researched it and the more facts and articles I read, the more it described me. I took a self test and I got nineteen out of tweenty. If HSP was real for you then you were only going to answer 14 or more out of 20. In the end I got 19. Other people's moods effect me, I'm more aware of my enviroment. I basically can feel the energy around me.We are told that we "take things to personally", or "Your to emotional". I have been told that even by my closest friends. When I ask if somethings wrong and you say nothing I can feel your emotional pain and I know something is wrong. Big crowds are to closed in for me. I get overwhelmed and loose my concentration. HSP can be different in everybody. You could have it only slightly you may not even notice, and some are able to feel everything around them. Im trying to keep this to myself and only a few friends but I think its time I actually say what I am even if nobody beleives me.
