The next day the hero slept in and rested.

He decided to see what this world would do without him there to help fix an mend things.

So after a while he got up having gotten a full 8+ hours of sleep in an walked to his little fridge an pulled out some breakfast he cooked up on his tabletop stove and poured himself some coffee to which he put a spoonful of sugar an stirred it a bit as he sat down to his breakfast.

He reached over an turned on the radio to hear the morning's new. All the normal stories blinked by as he ate.

Weather, Obituaries, Local Birthday's.... then OH NO..... a fire , caused by a careless spark in dry brush.....OH NO......a ship grounded near the coast an people were stuck on board.

The news went on a few other disasters were mentioned. The hero finished his breakfast and walked to the window and sighed. Then he looked over at his TV that wasnt turned on then shook his head.

It will have more bad news of all the disasters going on and everyone saying... "Where's The Hero?"

He nodded, looked out the window one last time an as he went back to bed he mumbled to himself... "Your Hero Is No Longer Needed"
