As we say our last goodbyes and cry our last tears,
We mourn for those who we have lost.
We wished that we wouldn't have to put up with the passing of a loved one,
Yet some things just can't be prevented.
We don't want to accept the fact that a loved one has died,
Yet we have to eventually.
The love is so strong, that we don't like to go on, living with the fact that a beloved one has gone on and is now granted sleep-eternal.
We don't want to say those last goodbyes.
We don't want to cry those last tears.
We want to remember the moment, while we can.
THIS POEM, IS DEDICATED TO MY GRANDMA. MAY SHE BE GRANTED SLEEP ETERNAL.
