In a daze, in the dark
ain't no walk in the park
i just wanna be alone.
can't you see?

i belong in a cave
with the bats, and the rats
where the sun don't shine.
where the rain don't fall.

the lights are off.
outside it's hot as hell.
cold air around me,
and i don't feel left out.

all alone in my cave
the darkness is my friend.
only me here, no one else.
just me in the end.
