Seriously, that's why see hasn't been on for like a week and a half.
Food poisoning from that damned Mexican place down the street.
Normally I wouldn't have eaten there, but two Wednesdays ago right before work, I was dying of hunger that was the only place without a line half way around the block.
I should've taken that as a warning.
But no.
I had to go and eat there anyway.
Three hours later.... I throw up, so my boss sends me home.
I actually had to pull over on the side of the road because I got sick.
Needless to say, my lovely toilet was my best friend.
I slept in there for three nights.
Didn't eat.
Didn't really drink anything.
Ended up with a freakin' fever.
Thought I was going to die.
Slept with my face on the tile floor because it was cool.
Went to the doctor, got some big a** pills, had to take them three times a day.
2ooo mg each time.
'Course, it didn't really help 'cause I was, y'know, being reaquainted with them after ten minutes.
....
Good News: That place got shut down.
Not before, though, I went in and cussed them the hell out in every language I knew.
Some of it being Spanish.
I'm never eating any Mexican food again, unless I make it.
Maybe not even then.
