As you step out onto the battlefield, you listen, clutching your gun tightly to your chest.
Sparing a quick glance back, you see your comrades following you in the same manner. You take a couple seconds to memorize their shape before moving on through the dark setting.
Gestering towards the many obstacles in the battlefield, you whisper. "Spread out."
Much to your annoyance, your comrades choose to ignore the command, sticking close.
You find a place to hide, waiting quietly.
But soon your impatience gets the better of you. You break away from the group to search, warily looking about.
It's so quiet, for one absurd moment you think the enemy will be able to hear your heart pounding.
There! You quickly aim and squeeze the trigger of your weapon. Crooning to yourself as your shot proves fatal.
But now you can hear the rest, you run. You develop a simple pattern; aim, shoot, run, hide, run. You can feel your blood rushing with adrenaline, your mind taken over by animal instincts.
You shoot again. Whoops, you almost hit one of your comrades.
Ignoring their cry of dismay, you run again, trying to concentrate. The enemy has spread out and is surrounding your small group. You shoot again, jumping as one of the enemy hits your shoulder.
You hear a mechanical voice tell you; "shields up", you curse, and run. Your ten-year old brother laughs and chases after you, shooting at you with his laser-gun.

-cough- A slight -cough- exaggeration of the laser tag game played with my family. xD -sigh- Those games can just be too much fun.

Texas was better than I thought. My friends exaggerated ever so slightly when they told me Texas was a hell-hole.

I spent the night with my cousin, and we stayed up 'til three watching FMA, which was fun. She has a ton of anime crap, which was cool. But I'm not as obsessed with it as she is. xD

The Eragon movie be coming out soon. As soon as we saw the preveiw, my mom, aunt, and I, tumbled downstairs to watch more on the internet. It looks ok, but it would seem they take the whole elves part out. ><

And I got a digi cam, hopefully this one will work. ^^;; Then I can make you guys pics! ^-^ Yay! But unfortunately, all I can draw is dragons. xD

Ummm, yeah, I hope you guys had a good thanksgiving. ^^
