Okay people, I'm back, and I'm more freaked out than ever.
Guess whut? As of yesterday, yay, I installed a printer in my room! <3 But, as you all know with a printer comes printer PAPER. Eh hem. For those of you who haven't read the silver fish horror stories from before...they EAT ...PAPER...(EH HEM)
Tonight I get up and walk over to my paper to grab some--of course I have nothing on me to kill a silverfish with--and what the hell is there of course? A SILVER FISH. Somehow I remember it being reddish. Is this a bad thing? ;____; IT SCURRS ME. Maybe it was a baby? It was kinda small but it had this reddish tint and it started going in circles and I was spazzing trying to find something to smash it with and by the time I found something it was gone. GONE INTO MY BED.
To cut the story short it's now about an hour later and my bed has been 100% stripped and I have run clothes--clean--again through the washer and that are now in the dryer because I have been so afraid of those things and now the sheets are in the washer and everything that was on or around my bed is now away from it, for the most part it is in quarantine--I've made a quarantine area out of the guest room which is across the hall from my bedroom. I didn't find any silverfish yet, so I hope it dies alone and miserable.
My only question on this is how long---okay I have a couple questions, how long do silverfish typically live if anybody has any clue and what about the red ones? I remember reading something on red silverfish...are the red ones babies? Or are they dangerous??? </3
