To touch, to be touched, so gently, you realise why you are here
To live in a world without paranoia, without worry, without fear
To run with your love, so fast that your lungs never run out of air
No matter what they do, you'll love them, no matter what burden they bare
Then imagine...
Being ripped from that love so fast that you never say goodbye
The crumbling of a masterpiece because it was built on a lie
To not be trusted, not allowed to catch a train
Being watched by those of hate, never seeing your love again
Popping pills to numb you, trying so hard to stop the ache
But the ache is in your heart, it wont leave, no matter how many pills you take.
