Well, there below be the final result
For two donation letters, ne? What I figured would happen, did happen. I did well on the samples, and then went all out for the actual commission. Mainly because I was going to be getting two donation letters and I wanted the end result to be worth the profit. I now have a Chyaku Norisu scarf to show for this! *weee* I'd wanted a scarf like that when it had come out, and even asked if I could donate some money to the site to get it, but there was no monies around. Sooo instead, I got it this way. twisted
During Cid's avatar art contest I really wish I'd gotten those gotis. x__X; It would have been a mark of my abilities. But I only got second place. I've come to find that eh... I have bad conceptualization, apparently.
I showed this piece off to the Picture Post thread and all I receieved were comments about how it was just weird that she looked so happy while there was blood on her hand.
gonk Her character is supposed to be smiling all the time and she's an assassin...
*sighs* Still, it's my job as the artist to portray the character acurately and I guess I failed in the end... x x; I asked the commissioner several times if it was all right and she said it was fine, so... It could have been fixed at any time there.
I just come up with goofy ideas, that's all. = =; I have no vision, I guess... Just a silly girl with silly ideas and all that. But at least I know I can achieve 31k for stunts like dat.
Someone else actually put in a request to pay me 50k if I drew two people in a picture for 'im... ninja Soon as I'm sit'chiated again, I'll PM him about that offer. xD ;;;;
