I have cleared all but 5 locations outside of the city/ metro stations in the city.
I still lack clearing:
Vault 87 ( Interior )
Old Oney
Bethesda Ruins
Fort Constantin
Raven Rock
But two of the locations are ones I will go to to progress the ending of Fallout 3 so technically only three left.
