Confessions of Psychobabble
Most likely all of this is just a jumble of crap. It's fun for me to write and usually a stress relief-yay! that makes me LESS of a neurotic!
Prologue...o_O;
I hope ya'll don't just think it sucks and don't want to tell me. Cause if you do. TELL ME! gonk

Okay okay, without further adieu, the prologue. >>;

Prologue
The Northern Sea held a cool welcoming warmth to it that the races had not seen in hundreds of years. Purity and renewal were the themes for the day’s events, and all who stood around its rocky cliffed edges were ready for an end to the bloodshed they had seen. Peace would rein these lands for hundreds of years with the evil they had fought so long to contain sealed.
Beside the ocean they stood, clasped in the stance of a Trinity, the decided symbol for these Goddesses and their thrice Earthling saviors. About them, the Earth was black and rocky, azure sky and sea meeting in a coupling that left all wondering where sea ended and sky began. On the cliffs the last remaining mixture of the races, to be reborn at the will of the Scion and the Goddess. Not a cloud touched the sky, and the warm sunlight that spilled down the dispel the darkness they had all seen for so long brought smiles upon their souls.
As the Scions clasped hands and spoke their final words of this World to one another, every able-bodied mortal fell to their knees and clasped their hands in thankful prayer.

“I’m so glad,” She could not help but smile.
“I do want to go home too. You will write, wont you? Both of you?” A second young woman glanced at her companions anxiously.
“Oh yes, why of course I will.” His smile was strong and comforting.
“I do hope you stay safe, with…the war.” The first young woman glanced from her male companion to her female companion and back again.
“Yes.” He nodded.
With that, they closed their eyes and began to pray.

As I stand, the Scions of Earth have begun to seal the evil we have fought so long to destroy. Before me, the King and his only surviving child watch in awe. Behind me, the remaining seventy-three citizens of the Elven Kingdom watch and wait for their lives to begin to return to the normality we all crave.
Few times in my lifetime have I seen blood, but the final battles of these named Grand Genocides. The blood of the final battle of the Elven Kingdom was horrific. I fear these lands have not seen the last of their bloodshed in the name of the Decimus Mortuus. Our King does not agree. Few precautions will be made to prevent such a disaster from occurring again. The pendant holding the vast majority of the magical powers of the Decimus Mortuus has been placed in the hands of an able minded young priestess of this realm to have in her keeping for all time. Claims have been made that he uses the magic he keeps on his person to change the span of moving time between Earth and Matia, and that he hides in the second planet until he finds a worthy time to bring himself back to this place.
On their knees around me a small sea of people has begun to pray with the Scions. They have spoken their final words to one another, and begun the spell. An encircled Trinity surrounds the three and bands of light has begun to shoot from the triangular symbol that rests between the three. Their lips move but the voice that emerges is not their own. I will record these words as I hear them.
“Flesh of man, body of Mer, reform in the Kingdom of the Sea. Take your Castle. Rebuild your Kingdom. Take this punishment we feel fit to bestow upon your kind eternally in retribution for the rebirth of your people. The Demonic creatures with whom you destroyed all of Man will rest within your Waters. Your Waters will reawaken. You will reawaken and take the burden. I call upon thee. AWAKEN.”
The water glows.
I can feel the warmth and the moisture upon my skin. I see the change in the expressions of those about me. Moisture has come into the air and it begins to heal my skin. I seal it upon this page and turn to the next.
The Scions weave another spell.
“Creatures of Land, Man and Elf, your burden will be a obstinate one as well. You will be the Protectors and the Guides of the Scions. The Order of Druid will come forth once again. The Philosophers and Scions will be the only reach to the Goddess. For the first hundred years of your existence, newly reborn Man, will take adamant determination to survive. If your Race dies, the Goddess will not revive it. You will reawaken and take the burden. I call upon thee. AWAKEN.”
The light begins to envelope the Scions as they speak their last spell in a language I do not understand. A warmth and brightness erupts from the Trinity.
They are gone.

    *dies in awe* I LIKE IT! I love it. it's soo awesome! Perhaps in the monologue, add in a little more detail about the people, or was it your intention to make them all one? Not sure. Anyways, I wouldn't mind hearing a little more about this antagonist, but if that comes later on, I understand why^_^ YOU HAVE ME HOOKED! I WANT MORE!
