High-Strung?

I feel like so much is put on my shoulders recently with work an home, Im just getting this out is all so I can feel like Im not keeping it all to myself.

Far as my "Health & Well-being" Im getting by with my normal aches an pains. Back, a knee an occasional insomnia. Oh an heartburn.

I also have to get another vehicle, my old car has broken down the finaltime an Im done with having it repaired.
