I'm a Hyu-uge Tolkien fan, along with my dadday. (Who tends to quote random quotes from the Lord of the Rings and begs his mother not to throw out his old toy chest which contains the original copies of Fellowship, Two Towers, and Return of the King. And also writes LOTR Fan fiction, which rocks.) I can't wait for The Hobbit to come out next 2006. D: So happy.
The DVD box set comes with all these special features and 50-90 minutes ersumfin of EXTRA FOOTAGE! ZOMG! My favorite extended scene is the beer drinking contest between Gimli and Legolas, Legolas wins, cuz he's a flippin' elf. Cheater. <_<
My dad's all happy cuz he's got all three (We got LOTR: RotK for his Birthday which is the 23rd. He was so happy he began to jump up and down and squeal and now he's probably bragging to his co-workers, laughing at thier un- Toilken savvyness.)
I like the box thingy, it's pretty and nice to touch. (:
