Almond Salad Dressing
* you have to try this, it's also wonderful to dip in veggies. It will make your taste buds explode (well not literally).
1/2 Almond Butter
1/2 C water
1 T lemon Juice
1 T Maple Syrup
1 T Liquid Smoke or Tamari ( I used Braggs)
1 Clove garlic
1/2t ginger (dry) or 1/4t fresh ginger
Pinch Cayenne Pepper
Salt to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well. It's as easy as that!
This is wonderful served as a salad dressing, or even on a bed of greens. You can't go wrong with this wonderful sauce, it's also good as a dip (add 1/4c water instead of a 1/2c).
