Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I know it's not till tomorrow, but still, give thanks!
Did you know Thanksgiving wasn't actually celebrated with the pilgrams and native Americans? George Washington actually declared 'a day of thanks' for this new land and their escape from tyranny. I'm sure the pilgrams were thankful for food and shelter, but it technically wasn't thanksgiving yet.
Okay, done with my history lesson. ^^
I'm seeing Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 tomorrow! No need to spoil the ending, someone already has. ((dirty, filthy Mitchell, Captain Obvious should've back-handed him!))
Apparently, some certain people I know are bothering certain other people over silly things. Let me explain that it is expensive to travel -checks- three states just to see people, and therefore cannot be done on short notice. Also, some of us have moved and are therefore BROKE! There is no money to visit and we are up to our eyeballs in schoolwork. I'm sorry to put it so, but there are other priorities than visiting friends who have neglected to talk to you for quite some time now. Please do not bother certain others just for them to tell you this.
I'm sorry to end this on a sad note, but a girl I used to attend school with recently comitted suicide. ((Devon, that sounds quite monotone like that)) well, how else should I put it? The poor thing had some boy trouble I've been told. Please, pray for her, or however you feel comfortable doing so. She was a wonderful person, and deserved a long and happy life. We all miss you.
