Things I wrote on 5/16/09:
You stand in front of the two doors,
each one lined with longing.
You then become pained once more,
and try to block out the throbbing.
The light that shines through one,
the black darkness through the other.
The light brings you in some,
but the darkness feels like a brother.
The gravitational pull
is getting to your head.
Though you shouldn't say it's null,
'cause then you'll end up dead.
The battleground in your mind,
head, and heart.
Causes you to freeze,
still, and start.
Start down a random path,
not choosing your own trail.
But maybe it was the darkness' bath,
that led you into hell.
The longing of revenge,
the screams of sinners too.
They're really to avenge
the light that was in you.
The light that screamed for you to turn,
and walk back into the light.
But no, it mourns for you right now,
mourns with all its might.
'You'll spend eternity in here' says he,
he who's sinned the most.
'Maybe then you'll be able to see,
see the path of a ghost.'
