i cant change the past,
and that i know,
but when i look back,
emotions overflow,

sometimes I'd cry remembering who iv hurt,
and im powerless to change it,
but im more alert,

I'd get angry remembering all the fights iv had,
not being able to control myself,
but now i know what went bad,

happiness is another emotion that overflows,
being with friends and family,
a smile is what that thought shows,

so as u can see memory's of the past is both good and bad,
most memory's I'll remember always,
and yet more to add....
