What are these Memories,
These Memories so dear,
It's coming back to me now,
As I shed a crimson tear.
The forest stretches wide,
There is no light,
Darkness calls and I hide,
I fear the Shadows' whispers.
The field of gold sways,
As I pass the dark river,
Where the raven plays,
And I run farther.
The mountain will quiver,
As I trudge through thick snow,
And the raven will deliver,
A message from afar.
The valley will shiver,
As night brings cold,
And everything will freeze over,
My secret I will forever hold.
