At last five years has nearly passed since I first began watching the action packed anime, DragonBall Z. Though I have to say, that I didn't even like it at first, for I didn't know much about it. Yet once I started watching it, I was hooked!
Goku was my favorite character at first; though it was during the Namek Saga, and he wasn't in it much. So this gave me a chance to meet and get to know another saiyan, Vegeta. Then as episodes went by, Vegeta quickly became #1 to me. He was different from my usual favorites with his tough guy attitude and strong character. So now Vegeta is still my favorite, and I'm glad he is.
Now a lot of time has passed since then, and I have grown up with the show; being overwhelmed when I saw Vegeta turn good, crying when the Prince of Saiyans died twice,learning more about the saiyans, hating Frieza with a passion, watching Gohan grow froma child to a young man, seeing Vegeta and Bulma get together to start their own family, laughing with Trunks and Goten, and so much more. It's aas though I got to grow up with the characters since I was 10, almost 11.
The love for DBZ continues with GT, though the new version will never replace the many memories of watching the first battles I got to see, that I still see every now and then.
Vegeta to this day is my favorite, followed by; Goku, Little Trunks, Little Goten, Future Trunks, Bulma, and Gohan. Then followed by many more unforgettable characters.
Though if I were to write all that I felt about DBZ and the characters, it would go on forever; so I will leave with this....
DragonBall Z will always be one of my favorite animes; and I will always be a fan of Prince Vegeta, Prince of all Saiyans!
