My parents divorced when i was but 6 years old... He had been cheating on my mother. this is where it all starts. My mom's name is Gayle. Her name was Dolores... She was a terrible drunk. She stole over $100 from me, which is quite a lot considering how long it takes for a 6 yr old to get money. She hid empty vodka bottles all over the house; my own room, the tool shed, inside the washer, inside the dryer, under the trampoline in the backyard, in the kitchen cupboards, literally everywhere she could. In a way, you could say that she tought me everything I know about deception. She managed to put my father in jail twice on bogus charges. Me and my dad were out on the road when she called the police, saying that he punched a hole in our wall in an attempt to hit her. Still, that put him in jail once because noone can believe a youth as young as I was. We got her in the AA program... but she didn't ever go to it. She took me with her once, stayed for about 10 min. during a meeting, and took me back to the car and we left. We went straight to a liquor store, then back home. Needless to say, my dad divorced her... but I still wonder what my life would be like had he not met her. If he stayed with my mom. Probably a change for the better.........
