So... Is there really a God? Does he send angels to protect us? Well... I believe so. I know some people don't believe, and you have that right. As for me, I do now more so than ever. I'm not a church-goer. I haven't read nearly all the bible. I don't remember being baptised (though I'm sure I have been at some point). But I believe... and if it takes something like living through a crash like that to make you truly believe, then I hope it happens. Something happened to me, that's for damn sure. Maybe I haven't found my purpose yet. Maybe the Lord took pity on me. Maybe I'm supposed to help others. He is the only one who knows. Science may only give theories on how the universe began. What if it all actually did start with a bang? And if that's how it happened, who pulled the trigger? For whatever reason, we're alive--that's all that matters. The universe started with a bang... and now, so has my life.
