The Diary of a Superfluous Gaian
It is nothing of great importance. A bit of poetry, a bit of thinking, and a lot of nothing.
In simple measurements, I’ve found
A new understanding of Life
My research came from all around
So obvious this path from strife
I wondered why it was so lost
Concealed beneath the wicked frost

Plain as the sight of a rainbow
Audible as falling rain
The forces that let the trees grow
These same forces relieve our pain
Amazingly so close in hand
Glittering like the beach’s sands

So maddening, to know the truth
So reclusive I’ve now become
To share it not would be uncouth
And yet to speak it makes one numb
It lies in those we seek to wrong
Whispering an ancient bitter song

“Farewell…”
