Even though I have slowly crossed a new path
there are those picture screens and precious items
that always bring me back
to those times that were all so bitter sweet
with the sweet time and all the salty tears
but even as I remember back at all those times I spend with you
I will be making new memories
with all of those who are precious to me
the new people I'm crossing paths with
all the ups and down that will wait for me
as I make memories of them all
I won't every forget the ones I already have because
thats how all the memories build over another
they all make a part of the person I am
the good memories and the sorrowful ones
there all in me
there all a part of me
those of the sights I've seen and the people I've met
the won't be forgotten
because they are a part of me
and I don't feel that a person is whole without them
so slowly not just me but many of us from children to adults
animals that soar the sky's
dive through the oceans
and the ones that roam the land
they like me are all building tender memories
that will be with them in what ever path the decide to take
all of us will be making memories
