Life in the organization
Pt. 7

Shiroi was walking down passed a row of books. He took some books out of random shelves. He climbed up the stairs, walked over to a desk and set down the books. He grabbed a book on top of the pile and read though. Yoru looked at Shiroi. It seems that Shiroi hasn’t taken a brake since he came into the library. Yoru just stood by his side. Shiroi looked at Yoru and smiled. He Yawned and continued his reading. Yoru crawled up the desk and lay next to his pile of books. Shiroi smiled and patted Yoru’s head.

Shiroi: Yoru don’t worry *yawn* I’m not over exerting myself. I’m just looking for a way to reverse this. *sigh* Hey Yoru. You Don’t mind fetching me a cup of coffee do ya?

Yoru tilled it’s head.

Shiroi: I guess not. *sigh* I’ll be back ok? Just stay here, I’ll go get some coffee.

Yoru tilted it’s head again. Shiroi was worried if it understood him.

Shiroi: stay here Yoru, ok? *makes a gesture* stay!

Yoru nodded, it seems that it understood him. 3nodding

Shiroi: alright! Umm…why don’t you find a book you like to- oh yah, heartless can’t read, can they? Anyway, I’ll be back ok? *walks off*

Yoru watched as Shiroi left though the doors. Yoru crawled out of the desk and stood there. Yoru looked left and right. It seemed that it was searching for something. It crawled down the stairs. Yoru looked up and down the rows of books. Finally it stopped. Yoru began climbing the bookshelves. After 3 shelves it stopped at the 4th one. Yoru grabbed a blue book, but when Yoru grabbed it, Yoru let go of it’s grip and fell down with the book. It rose again, luckily the book didn’t fall on top it. Yoru grabbed the book and crawled back to the desk. When it came back, so did Shiroi.

Shiroi: Hey there! You actually found a book to read.
Yoru grabbed the book and gestured for Shiroi to read it. Shiroi grabbed the book and read the title. The book was blue with Japanese letters. Shiroi read it out loud.
Shiroi: The book is called- “ My light, my guide, a sequel to my one and only”
He opened the book, there was a girl in a blue and black dress. Yoru crawled closer to Shiroi.
Shiroi: Hmm, I guess you’re interested in this book, let’s see-

Shiroi narrates:

Falling, falling.
I’m falling down
It seems that I’m falling yet I can’t stop.
The longer I fall, the more I forget,
It seems that now I forgot who I am,
Who were my family, who were my friends.
I’m falling in the darkness,
In search for my light.
I hear a voice!
A voice that I can remember.
It’s a voice I remember that was pleasant.
Now it seems that I’ve stopped falling
But now I’m searching for that voice
For my light.
Even though I’m searching in the darkness
I mustn’t give up.
I can’t give in to darkness.
I must find my light,
My lover
my one and only.

Shiroi stopped reading. He looked over to Yoru. He was surprised that Yoru was able for find a book like this.

Shiroi: Yoru…is this what you’re going though?

Yoru looked up at him, it crawled away to find more books. Shiroi looked at the book Yoru gave him. Shiroi studied it closely.

Shiroi: so if this is what the heart is going though then- of course! I’m looking at a wrong theory! Maybe- Oh thank you Yoru! Now I’m one step closer in solving this mystery! *takes his books* I need new books! *runs off and gets new books*

Meanwhile at HQ

Both Kaxaks and Saimux exited out of their portal. Both of them were wearing their black cloaks again. Surprisingly Daxchi was waiting for them.

Kaxaks: here you go. One compass.
Saimux: yes, a compass we have, that compass.
Daxchi: Excellent! *Takes the compass*
Kaxaks: I know you’re excited sir but why would you like that specific compass? It doesn’t point north like any normal compass.
Saimux: hehe, points north. blaugh
Kaxaks and Daxchi: -_-
Daxchi: oh, don’t worry, that’s the right compass. Why don’t you two take a break, you can visit any world you like.
Saimux: really? Cool! *runs off*
Kaxaks: ….
Daxchi: Kaxaks…what’s wrong?
Kaxaks: I don’t know. Hey, where’s Chii?
Daxchi: Don’t worry, she’s relaxing in my room.
Kaxaks: Can I talk to her? I want to talk to her more.
Daxchi: No! err- I mean she can’t talk now, she’s sleeping.
Kaxaks: hmm….oh well. I wanted to tell her about my mission.
Daxchi: kaxaks. Why do you want to talk to her. She’s a persocon, she can’t feel.
Kaxaks: I don’t know, it seems like she understands me. I think she’s just like me. Like I can understand who she is.
Daxchi: well why don’t you take a break. I’ll give you some munny. My treat. You can go to Hallow bastion for a while if you like.
Kaxaks:….why are you in a rush to get rid of me? stare
Daxchi: What?! How dare you speak that way to me! This is my first warning your lady! If you speak that way to me again then I’ll turn you to a dusk! scream
Kaxaks:….Sorry sir.
Daxchi: well then, you may leave.

Kaxaks walks out. She look left and right, she teleports back to the chamber where she met the silver cloak man. She looked around, reading each epitaph in front of the six girls. When she came up to Chii she stopped. She looked up at Chii’s motionless face.

Kaxaks: Chii, why do I think you understand me? Why do I react this way when I’m near you?

Mysterious voice: because she’s like you.

Kaxaks turns around to see the silver cloak man again.

Silver-cloaked man: Chii also has another half. Her sister Freya. Even though Chii may not look it, she has another half. She has a light and dark side. Just like you.
Kaxaks: Grr…who are you?! Why are you doing this to me?! mad
Silver-cloaked man: Because it’s about time you know the truth.
Kaxaks: Wait? It this some type of virtual world?! Like they did with Roxas?
Silver-cloaked man: no. This is real. Kaxaks, You say you couldn’t remember your past, correct?
Kaxaks: how do you-
Silver-cloaked man: I know these things because I knew your other half.
Kaxaks: Grr! Enough with that! Tell me now! What is happening to me?! Tell me! mad
Silver-cloaked man: go to hallow bastion, there’s someone who’s waiting for you. Then tell me in three days if you want to know or not.

After he said that, the man disappeared.
Kaxaks: no! don’t leave! Tell me.
Kaxaks stood there. She sighed. Suddenly some one heard her.

Organization member: hey, who’s in there?
Kaxaks: Hallow Bastion huh? Better see for my self. *teleports*

The organization member barged in. There wasn’t anybody in there. He looked around, scratched his head and left.

Hallow Bastion

Shiroi was under a tower of books. He was busy reading some foot notes and theories. He looks tired and worn out. He had a bit of dark circles under his eyes from the lack of sleep he had.

Yoru grabbed some books and brought it over to Shiroi. Yoru was curious about the book Shiroi was reading so Yoru pushed some of the books way. Mistake, the books were wobbling and were ready to fall. Shiroi saw this and pushed Yoru out of the way while the tower of books landed on top of him.
Shiroi: aaaahhhh! Splat! oww! gonk
Yoru was on top of the book mountain, it dug though books until it found Shiroi.
Shiroi: *gasp!* Air! I need Air! *takes in deep breath*
Yoru dug around Shiroi, helping out of the avalanche made of books. Shiroi got up and bushed himself off. He looked down at Yoru.

Shiroi: Whew! Good thing I saved you. Even if you get hurt by a pile of books I might risk losing you. biggrin *yawns*
Yoru grabbed Shiori’s pant leg and made a gesture saying that if he wants to go home. Shiroi look down and smiled.

Shiroi: hmm, I guess it is getting late. I should rest. I bet Leon and Yuffie are waiting for me, not to mention Cid and Areith are waiting as well. Let’s go.

At the Bastion Square.

Kaxaks appears. She had her hood over her head so she won‘t attract attention. She looks around, the setting is at night but you can’t tell since there are dark clouds looming over. Kaxaks walked the barren streets. Suddenly it started to drizzle. She looked around the town, this town has heartless all over the place but somehow people are able to fight them off. Kaxaks shrugged off the theory and kept walking.

At the hallow bastion library.

Shiroi: wow, looks like we have a bit of rain. Better put on my windbreaker.

Shiroi put on a blue jacket with a white furry ring around the front hood. He strapped on jacket and placed the hood over his head to cover him from the rain.

Shiroi: come one Yoru. Let’s go, everybody must be worried about us.
Yoru nodded and followed after.

Kaxaks sits on the cold steps. So far she hasn’t found the surprise.

Kaxaks: Damn! That guy lied to me! Next time I meet him I’ll totally kill him! stressed
Suddenly a group of heartless and nobodies surround her.

Kaxaks: hmm, you guys are curious because I don’t have a heart, now you’re waiting for your orders. Fine, go out and gather hearts for Kingdom hearts. Might as well do some business here.

Mysterious voice: hey! Are you ordering those heartless?

Kaxaks looked around to see a young man with a hood over his head.

Kaxaks: great, another hooded person I don’t like to deal with. Look, I’m having some problems here so now will you excuse me-
Man: hold it! Are you one of the organization members?

Kaxaks turned around and looks at the young man. She smiled.

Kaxaks: wow, you’re smarter than I though, who are you?
Man: I’m Shiroi! And I’m here to stop you!
Kaxaks: haha, I guess I can use a little amusement. *takes out her hand, her blade appears*
Shiroi: I’m not letting you organization creeps hurt this town with your heartless!! *takes out his long sword*
Kaxaks: how do you know about heartless and about us.
Shiroi: because of you creeps I lost my friend! And it’s your fault that people are suffering! scream mad *charges towards Kaxaks* I won’t forgive you! mad

Kaxaks teleports behind him.

Kaxaks: I admit, you are right about one thing, yes I am and organization member, and no, I don’t control heartless. I control nobodies. And look here, I don’t know who you lost but you better get over it!
Shiroi: no! I won’t! *swings his blade*

Kaxaks dodges. She takes out her blade and swings it over Shiroi. Shiroi ducks. He falls to the floor an uses a leg sweep. Kaxaks jumped over the sweep and swung her blade near him. Shiroi was on the floor, he rolled out of the way, the blade just missed him. Shiroi grabs his long sword. He held it out , the sword started to glow a light blue color. He charged. Kaxaks held out her blade in front of her. Both of them clashed swords, both locked in their positions.

Shiroi: Why, why are you doing this?
Kaxaks: Why am I doing what?
Shiroi: why are you hurting innocent people for your own gain?
Kaxaks:……Look, I’m not the leader here. I’m just doing what I’m told! My boss ordered me to do things, if I don’t, I’ll get turned into a dusk!
Shiroi: Damn it! Who’d the leader then? Tell me!
Kaxaks: I can’t tell you!
Shiroi: why not?!
Kaxaks: Because…look, I’m having a rough week, I’m not in the mood now!

Kaxaks pushes her blade against Shiroi’s blade making him move backwards. It’s now raining hard. Kaxaks ran over the puddles, making splashing sounds. Shiroi defends against her attacks.

Shiroi: Why? Why are you doing this? For what purpose could gain out of stealing people’s hearts?
Kaxaks: Stealing? I’m not stealing anything! I'm just doing wht I'm told!
Shiroi: you have no idea do you?
Kaxaks: no idea on what.
Shiroi: you have no idea how people are suffering! You don’t know how much they’re hurting! They lost their family, friends, loved ones to the darkness. You don’t know because you don’t have a heart! mad scream

Kaxaks stood there. Her hood covered her eyes. She looked up.

Kaxaks: you’re right, I don’t understand, but you’re wrong! I may not have a heart but I would give anything to have one! mad
Shiroi: yah right! You’re lying though you teeth!
Kaxaks: no! don’t you get it?! All I want is to have a heart of my own! I want to feel again, I want to have emotions! I was never meant to be! I was never meant to be born! To you we’re nothing, and that’s what we are! We’re nobodies who are trying to become a somebody! All I want is to feel again.

Shiroi and Kaxaks stood there. The rain fell faster and became heavier. Suddenly Yoru ran out. It charged at Kaxaks.
Kaxaks: what the?! Ahh!

Yoru scratched her face and tore her coat. Kaxaks pulled Yoru off. She lifted her hood to get a better look at it. She held Yoru in front of her. She suddenly felt something, something weird. She took a closer look at Yoru’s collar. Shiroi was worried, if Kaxaks killed Yoru, then Yoru would be gone forever.

Shiroi: no! leave Yoru alone! *he runs*

Kaxaks held out her hand, a cloud of darkness appeared around Shiroi. The cloud held him In place. He couldn’t move at all. He moved, he tugged, and jerked but couldn’t break free. He was forced to watch what Kaxaks will do next.
Shiroi: grr, let me go! Now! scream

Kaxaks ignored his pleas and returned her attention back to Yoru.

Kaxaks: What the- this heartless is different from the rest. It’s helping that guy instead of me? It’s like it has a mind of it’s own.

Kaxaks looked at Yoru’s collar, she saw a diamond flower. Shocked, Kaxaks took out her diamond flower. Her flower was the same! Kaxaks put her flower near Yoru’s, they both begin to glow.

Kaxaks: th- this can’t be?! Why is this happening?! eek

Shiroi struggled harder. He finally broke free of the darkness and tackled Kaxaks. She let go of Yoru and her flower. Shiroi grabbed Yoru. When he came to get Yoru, he saw the flower. He took it and compared it to Yoru’s, It’s the same!

Shiroi: this diamond flower is made out of pure Rethinian crystal! Where’d you get it?!

Kaxaks got up. She took out her blade and swung it near Shiroi’s Face. Fortunately she was far and only knocked off his hood, but a thin line of blood fell from his face. She just cut a small line in his face. Shiroi’s face was revealed. Kaxaks stood there in shock, It was the face she kept seeing in her dreams! It’s that boy! It’s him! Shiroi!
Kaxaks: no! it's you!
