What is love to you?

Post your thoughts about it. I would love to hear for all of you.

I see that love is in the air. It always is. For the lonely people, for the people who are with others, for the couple. Love is the pinnacle of human emotions and sometimes, I think it's the closest thing to enlightenment that we can ever feel or hope to acheive.

So is love just a feeling for you? How do you know is love and not a crush? I've asked some people about this and most people tell me it's a feeling. Is it?

Truth is, I can't quite agree with that. To me, love is said in a favourite song of my childhood. It's lyrics still stays in my mind after all these years...

And although the exact lyric are not from any Bible I know of, it is taken from 1 Corinthians 13. I guess that has always how I've measured love or at least it's how I wish I could measure up to it. So here is to everyone I've said that I love. If you haven't felt like I've been patient and kind and not envious or proud. If I have insisted my own way or have been irritable and resentful, or even be happy at something I did wrong and have not been happy in the turth. And afterall this things, I've claimed to love you, then I can only pray your forgiveness. And hope that one day, I maybe able to show you the love that I would like to give to all my friends because love is not just for lovers. It's not just a feeling for me. It's a characteristic.

I leave you with this last words for all who come here. "So now faith, hope and love abide, these three; but greatest of these is love." 1 Corinanthians 13:13
