Oh my friggin' bajeezus! Hana's finally posting something after half a ******** year!? *gasp*
I wrote this today at school, where, like always, the last thing on my mind was my work. ^w^ Gotta love the education system. *cough*
Whispers of poisonous loneliness
Tear at me; claw at me.
Hatred and doubt
Try to consume.
Feelings of darkness surround me.
But they do not break me.
Healing, smiling again,
Sincere happiness inside.
Lost thoughts, lost emotions
found again.
By the guide of your warm touch
I find the me I have sought for so long.
The smiling, shining me, the one that wears no mask, who doesn't have to hide.
Just thinking of your face,
Hatred cannot taint me,
loneliness cannot take me,
darkness not erase me.
And so, as I emerge from my icy coffin of despair that your very voice leads me out of,
I dream
The sweetest dreams.
Dreams of what may come when I get to touch your face again,
to be held by you again.
I dream of the me I will become then.
