As the lyrics of Deadbolt from Thrice had resonated in my mind I sat under blankets of the onyx black sky, the darkness engulfed me, yet I felt illuminated by the glowing phosphorescence of the moon. I just sat and wondered under the few stars, visible through the ocean of pollution.
I sat and contemplated, mused. Engulfed in my ideas and feelings of death, and have being swallowed in a wallowing touch of absence and darkness. Useless, petty thoughts for the moment.
I viewed the fascinating exhibit of nature before me and just praised the Lord in my head. Life and it's sights are just breathtaking.
