Shep was sitting at the table three weeks after the time at the lake eating a slice of bacon thinking about nothing in particular. Then Amber hung up the phone

"Who was that baby?"

"Doctor." The dog which they chose to name King looked up and barked loud then started to wag his tail.

"Why'd he call?" Shep looked up coruiosly

Amber grinned her sexy grin and looked up from her glass of empty orange juice. "Break out the pickles, red meat, and chocolate baby"

Whats with all the preg..nan..cy...Foo Shep's eyes got wide

Amber nodded her eyes exctatic Yeah baby.

"Oh my god this is great Amber. I'm going to have a baby boy." Shep and aber stood up and held each other close and King started running in happy circles.

"Hold your horses Shep. What if it's a girl." Amber backed her torso away Shep still holding her gently*

"Well Come what may. I'm still happy whichever it is. But how did this happen" *Shep looked at her joy in his hold on her and pride in his eyes.*

"The lake baby, the lake" Amber had a "duh" look in her eyes*

"Of course. The lake is the only way. We need to arrange a baby shower for you, and get clothes, and toys, and diapers, bottles and.." *Shep had let her go and began throwing out random things a baby would need*

Shep...Baby! Calm yourself. We have nine months to prepare for the baby. Amber ahd put her finger on sheps lips gently, telling him to be quiet.

"I know I know but I'm so jazzed about this baby. I'm a daddy now. I'm going to take you out to dinner any place nice you pick." Shep bet her finger playfully

"It's to early for dinner babe. But Mongolian sounds good. Something spicy. But first i want to call some people" She grabbed the phone off the table and shep snatched it out of her hands and started dialing* "Who are you calling?"

But my parents hate you. Amber looked at she unbelievingly
