Alright so I came up this on my own. There are really three kinds of streets, highways, main roads and side streets. The rest of the streets fall into one of these catigories. Streets show us how caste systems work. Highways are fast moving, people get good gas mileage and the road are taken care of. Main roads are taken care of but gas milelage is worse. Then there are side streets. Often they are not plowed or taken care of, people have to drive slow on them. I don't know maybe I am making somehitng out of othing but it looks castey to me.
