you know just because someone says that you don't matter to them doesn't mean that you don't matter to someone else. I had to learn that because i would focus on just what one person said to me rather then waht those who cared for me said. I am extremely self conscious and a terrible insomniac. I have had to get over that over the past few months and it has been hard ther have been times when i really could have hurt someone. Not me of course because that would be something unheard of in my family and in my thoughts none the less. There is always a reason for everything. I just sometimes have a hard time finding it, and i know i'm not the only one with that problem.
