Okay so all of are parents have rules right. Do you think your parents rules are extrem? What you can do is talk to them about the rules, ask them why is that a rule and how it got made. If your parents won't let you do somthing ask them if their parents let them do that when they were your age or younger. Remind them what it was like being a teenager. If they say they are trying to protect you ask them if they could set a curfew or somthing like that so you can ask to go outside BEFORE your curfew is up.
