I too have struggled against heavy depression and anxiety and the only tips I can think of to remain positive is just to have good attitude. Try and dress to impress yourself. Not other people, I've grown to know that some people will never fully accept the way they look but giving it a try won't hurt you. When you wake up and get ready feel haopy when you leave. Retain a bright and cheery attitude and hopefully if you yourself are happy, thats all you need to worry about. Remember that lots of people care for you and love you how you are. For my first blog post, I don't know if anyone will ever read this or even subscribe to it, but thank you if you decide to. I will do a lot of detailed advice columns that could better relate to you, so be sure to send me questions or conflicts, and if you choose to have them anonymous or not. I try to help anyone and everyone that I possibly can. I guess I should let you know a little bit about myself! Huh! Well, My birthday is: January, 30th, 1997. Yes, I'm sweet sixteen. I love to help people and make people feel better, I dislike very much when people use the word 'gay' or 'retard' as a verbal offense. It is most definitely not appropriate. Please, ask me questions!
