I sobbed as quietley as I could, but I heard loud footsteps coming in the direction of my door. My heart started beating loudley as the doorknob turned. I sighed with releif as I saw Damen walk through the door and take my hand and hug me tightly, I'm so glad he is still alive. I thought Jeremy would hurt him, and if that happened I would be devastated.
"Damen, what happened to Jeremy?" I asked.
"He won't bother us ever again." He replied.
I didn't understand. What dose he mean? Then suddenly I smelled the pungent odor of bood on his clothes, and I understood what had happened. My head was suddenly spinning as I heard his voice in my head, like it had the first day we met each other.
