Just though I'd post a WIP of a song/poem I'm working on.
Playing the Melody (My Love Song)
Give me that microphone
Turn the volume way up high
Set the instruments in motion
It's time for me to sing my love song
The emotion of love and all of its cousins
Destroys what logic we have and turns us into fools
If I lost my head because of my heart
Someone must have frozen Hell
~You can tie my hands with blood red thread
And blind my eyes with Robin's potion
Then shoot me full of Cupid's arrows
But no matter what you do, I will never love you
You ignored the warnings though
Claiming that the glint in my eyes set your soul on fire
And gave me a piece of you
That I promptly ripped to shreds
The touch of a heart in my claws
The sound of moans in my ears
The taste of a soul on my tongue
Feels so good (for I'm filled with direst cruelty)

Like I said though, it's a work in progress. I'd like some feedback though.
