Watch the stars. Let your eyes get lost in their world as you try to see beyond them. Let the wind blow through your hair as it takes you to the most beautiful waterfall hidden with a forest. You're alone but that's ok. The low sound of water rushing puts your spirit into a peaceful state. You sit at the bottom of the waterfall by the water that lays still at your feet. Forget the tugs and pulls and pushes that your troubles cause and just let your mind stretch out and relax. Think of the last time you were proud of yourself or the one day you learned something about yourself. What did you learn? How did you feel? What can you change about yourself to shape the person you long to be? What are you destined to be in this life?

Now, focus on the wind again for it returns for you and blows you gently away into a wide green grass pasture with daisies all around. The sky grows dark with clouds and the rain gently falls on your face as you lay still on the ground. Today, laying still through a storm seems crazy but if you close your eyes and feel the rain wash away everything...your tears, your fears, your stress....its a powerful feeling. With every powerful storm comes life. Life goes on through thunderstorms and chaos and grows stronger as the sun comes to dry. So when a storm comes into your life remember it will always pass and you will go on to live. Happily, I hope because after surviving the storm you should be very proud of yourself. You survived...your living...breathing....you're ok and you'll be ok. So live on! ^-^
