Good afternoon,
Do you hear that? The sound of bells and pretty voices welcoming in the new year? I hope you do! The start of a new year brings the start of something different. If you find yourself bored or depressed, lonely or sad, then change things up a bit. Do something different from your everyday lifestyle! Go rent a movie that you've been wanting to see; go for a nice walk and don't worry about how long it will take you or how stupid you think you look; go for a nice swim, relax your muscles; go get a ******** massage! that will allow you to relax 3nodding Sit down in the sunshine, close your eyes and breath deep; if it's raining then lie on your bed and read a book that you used to love when you were little. Or you could do one of my favorite things:
Go to a park with no one around, take off your shoes, let your hair loose, get on a swing go as high as you can and close your eyes. I don't care whether it's raining or really hot and sunny outside! I find it very relaxing whee .
