I've always known that people deal with fear and stress differently. But it was the knowing that's academic, not experienced. It just sort of clicked to me why people will lash out at me for no apparent reason. And one thing that that was causing problems with is I don't like actions that I can't see the reasoning behind, especially if they're "negative" actions. Now that I can understand it's much easier to accept.
