Thanatos Azriel- They are brothers, but not by blood. Grid was adopted into the Azriel family as a companion for Thanatos. The two have a very close relationship, Grid admires his older brother a great deal and Thanatos is very obsessive/overprotective of Grid. One of the reasons that Thanatos cares so much about Grid is because he's one of the first people to honestly care about him. Grid is not well-liked by his parents so to him, Thanatos is the only family member he has, making him especially special. [ref]

Personality: He has a double personality. One is easy-going, cheerful, and silly and the other is serious and somewhat cold. There are some similarities; however, both are extremely confident and good-natured. Haru rarely displays his second personality(serious one) although it is his true personality.
Speech: Informal. Although he is suppose be be a "priest" he drops most suffixes and when he does use them, its usually in a mocking manner. So instead of "Grid-san" or "Grid-kun", he would just use "Grid." He does call Kyriel "Kyriel-san" though.
Quote: "I only live to prove my meaning in my existence."
Likes: Strawberry ice cream, pancakes, sweets, Natsu(best friend) , making fun of Thanatos(and Grid), being praised.
Hates: His father, spoiled brats, graveyards, dark/bitter things, being bossed around.
History: Haru is the son of Aki Lucina and Maia. Aki, being an exorcist, was not allowed to have a relationship nor marry. Shortly after Haru was born, Aki killed Maia for reasons unknown, and then left Haru in care of his friend Kyriel, who also happened to be the father of the church. Kyriel raised him along with his own son Natsu and trained them to be exorcists. Because of that, Haru hates Aki and vowed to kill him one day. Not because of the death of his mother(he was too young at the time to remember her or care), but because he felt abandoned. This may have led to Haru taking on another personality. One almost completely opposite to avoid further abandonment.
Because he grew up at the church and seemed to have the same potential as his father, he started exorcist training early in his childhood. This may be a reason why one of his personalities turned out child-like and playful; to make up for lost time. Although Haru held a deep respect for Kyriel, he was still a troublemaker while growing up. Haru loved attention so naturally he liked doing things that would get him a lot of attention, like replacing the holy water with sugar water. Like all disciples of the church, Haru did not attend normal school so his only close friend was Natsu(Kyriel's son), who trained with Haru.--needs to be rewritten
Relationships

Thanatos Azriel- They both got off on the wrong foot. Haru thought Thanatos was a girl at first and after he found out that he wasn't, assumed that he was one of those annoying weak feminine guys. Thanatos started with an extreme hatred for Haru because he felt as though Haru took his role as Grid's brother/guardian away from him during his absence. Over time they do gain an understanding of eachother and perhaps even friendship. This is because they realize that they both are very similar in how they view things and how life is for them. Haru was abandoned as a child and wishes to prove his importance. Thanatos, although he had a good upbringing, it was mostly due to everyone's fear of him--because he is the "Seal of Rael". Because of this, he wishes to be recognized as himself, not as a being whose existence is soley to bring the resurrection of the "Death God." Although they "fight" a lot(Mostly Haru calling him a girl, Honeycake, etc), Thanatos is one of the few people Haru can show his true personality to.
*Haru calls Thanatos "Honeycake" when being playful(which is 90% of the time) and "Thano" otherwise.
*Thanatos addresses Haru as "Haru-san"---because he refuses to be familiar with him.
Natsu Sokuten- They don't act close, but they are childhood best friends. They both trained together and basically grew up together. Haru treats Natsu like a younger brother, while Natsu... treats Haru like his property. Natsu respects(adores) Haru, but he gets angry if anyone acts close with Haru.
Kyriel Sokuten- Haru has a great respect(and slight fear) for Kyriel, which is why he still remains with LoGO. It is uncertain how Kyriel feels about Haru.
