Yeah, pretty much my third week in a cast, and it is not pleasant. I was in pain for a while, and "bedridden" for a day or two at home last week. I will be graduating to crutches next week, so getting around would be a little easier, without a bulky wheelchair.

Also, I forgot to mention, though I broke my ankle/lower leg, I have a full leg cast. Why? The doctor told me it's so that when the swelling dies down, I won't be able to accidentally slip out of it, like I would a boot. Just a precaution, he says.
But that makes my movements more difficult and awkward and limited. emo
