I do hurdles at all of my track meets. Today I got 6th in the meet. (16 people competed) Last week I got 1st in my race. I also do long jump. I jump about 12' 9''.
Today I shaved about a second off of all my times from last week. I have yet to bite the dust on hurdles! Read it and weep
