I have to acolyte tonight. /And I've forgotten how to spell that/.

For you I-hate-god-or-what-is-god people, acolyting is when /for my church/ one of the youth has to dress up in a red robe, do offering crap, walk with candles and/or the cross, light candles, etc. Basically, do stuff that the pastor doesn't have time to do.

I'm a terrible acolyte.

In fact my self-esteem drops about 50 points whenever I walk into the church.

So I guess I'm doomed to burn in hell.

I'm not a good church member.

In fact, the pastor thinks I need help.

Serious help.

Anyway, I believe in God, I just can't stand church.
