this is not the day for high jump...... the bar (which is made of fiberglass) kept on being blown off the uprights. not fun, especially when in competition. imagine, you take a deep breath, get mentally in your zone, about to start running, and the bar falls. total killer. anyways, we ended up having two people hold the bar loosely in place so that it wouldnt fall again. but the practice was fun. blaugh
