The ones that say they care
They say they want to help you
To listen to you when you need to be heard
To hold you when you need to be hugged
A door opens and you see some light
You start to share yourself
Memories of the past as well as things what you want now
You start to feel this warmth inside you
You cut yourself open and they watch you bleed
Instead of them helping you they just add to the pain
Here today and gone tomorrow
Sometimes with no words and with much sorrow
No more warmth no laughter no caring
Just more tears another sad memory
Once again you are left feeling alone and with just another scar
