First ever try at this so, yeah..
To say in the least i'm quite proud of it, and yes- I have noticed the areas that need work.

Need to find tut for that, face angels and the position of the facial features, but then again it kind of depends on the person's face and head shape..
Guh, can't help but love that guy's energy.
