I was finally able to dig my way out. The snow was fun to play in, but it was too cold to stay out for long, so I went back inside. Today it's a little bit warmer, but not by much. Luckily, my neighbor doesn't mind sharing his kindling. I have the feeling that he's more worried about me than he lets on, but he's a good friend of mine, and has been since we were children, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. I used to think he had a crush on me, and he might have, but he's very happy with his fiancee. I think they're adorable. They said that their wedding is sometime in April, I think, and I hope they don't mind if I come. They are my best friends and I want to at least be able to share in their happy time together.
It looks like it's snowing again. I'd better go and get more firewood, otherwise I might get too cold tonight.
