Hmmm...some kids just WANT me to go to jail i guess... Here's what happened...

I'm working at the gas station and these 2 kids come in. One wants a wrap(obviously for wrapping weed) and the other is looking around. I check the kid's ID who wanted the wrap and he's over 18. Then as I'm getting the wrap and turn around, I see the other kid walk past him and hand him some money. The first kid then goes "Oh...can I also get a pack of Marlboro reds?" I go..."I can't sell those to you because I think you're getting them for that kid."
"But I'm not."
"I don't know that."
"I'm getting them for my mom."
"I saw money change hands, so I'm sorry I can't sell them to you"
"All right, I can deal with that" (obviously realizes he's busted)
He then walks out of the store. 5 seconds later...another kid comes in...
"Hi how may I help you?"
"Hi, can I get a pack of Marlboro reds?"
"No, because I think you're buying them for that kid out there."
"I'm NOT buying them for him."
"No, I won't sell them to you, have a good day."

Do these kids not realize that it will be ME who goes to jail if they get caught? Not to mention I'd lose my job and my managers and the company would get fined BIG. Like $10,000....each. ******** idiots.
