One word. Overachiever. Or is that two? Is it hyphenated? Does that count as two words?

Apparently it's one word.

So there. XD

Are those your final term grades or final test grades?

Either way... your amazingness sucks. <3

xd Term Grades. Although in most cases I assume it's both.

You should move here and take advantage of it. ninja I'm always surprised at how few people do. sweatdrop

Bwah. Only two of my term grades have been reported.

Ugh, thinking about doing the FAFSA again just makes me want to shoot myself. Couple that with doing my taxes for the first time and I'm not sure I want to survive this year XD

You want me to be sucked into your amazingness? Is that good or bad? XP

Yeah, I'm going to be attempting the FAFSA this time too. @_@ But we're waiting until after my CD comes due in January so I can hide the money with my mom cause my dad thinks it will affect my financial eligibility. rolleyes

I think I'm safe from taxes....this year. *laughs* But if you need help, I'm pretty sure the manual I got from my free tax preparer sessions is around here somewhere. I don't remember much of it anymore, but I can re-learn. xd

Depends on how you come out of it, I suppose.

Did you not do the FAFSA for this year? Oi, it sucked for me this year - my mom didnt have her taxes done yet so she guesstimated everything and really REALLY badly. We had to make a couple dozen changes to it D:

Isnt there some thing where if you make under a certain amount of money you dont have to pay taxes on it?

commentCommented on: Sun Dec 17, 2006 @ 05:19am
Nope, just my BOG grant. It's all complicated and stuff and I didn't think I could get it in by the due date. Then later in the year, when I was reading about the FAFSA from some informational brochures, I realized there were some grant parts of the FAFSA that would still have applied after the due date, but oh well. xd

Well, you still have to pay taxes, but you don't have to file. The amount changes depending on your marital status, amount of dependents, etc. What's your guesstimate on your amount of earnings for 2k6?

(Oh how I miss typing over a cat - and one that looks terribly distraught everytime you stop petting her to type nonetheless XD)

I wish I could flake out on it... no such luck. I think I'll have to change my work study thing next semester.. it just doesnt seem to be working out well this time around.

Less than a thousand most likely, if it went over, it'd be by less than a hundred.

Oh yeah, you're free and clear, unless you're being counted as a dependent? I'd have to look up the rules for dependent income reporting, but as a single independent the limit before you have to report is at least 8-10k. Maybe more. For dependents...I think it would be reported on the person claiming you rather than your own.
